cw-lasers (Coherent, compass 315 @ 532 nm;
Spectra physics, argon ion laser @ 488 or 514 nm
Spectra physics, Ti:Sa, tunable),

xyz scanner plus digital controler (PI),

and is combined with the

scanning electrochemical microscope (SECM)
